Refund & Cancellation Policy
Walkout Tech Private Limited (India)
At Walkout Tech Private Limited, all services are customised and bespoke, tailored specifically to each client’s business requirements. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are governed by the terms below.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are not applicable once any project milestone has been initiated or delivered, including onboarding, design concepts, prototypes, or development work.
- Payments made after project commencement are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare cases, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Walkout Tech Private Limited.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our Accounts Department with valid justification.
- A decision will be communicated within 10 working days of receiving the request.
Refund Processing Timeline
- If approved, refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.
- Approved refunds may be issued in monthly instalments, depending on the nature of the request and internal approvals.
- No interest or additional compensation is payable on refunds.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated or paid:
- Domain registration or renewal
- Hosting and server charges
- Third-party licenses or subscriptions
- API integrations and external tools
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted formally in writing.
- Cancellations after delivery of onboarding materials, designs, or development work will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid.
